For sale is ONE (1) Miranda frame populated with (10) DEMUX cards. Good working condition, just removed from the service. Frame has two power supplies plus CPU-ETH Frame controller. The frames power supplies have a little noise cooling fans. They will need to be replaced in the future. All corresponding backplanes are included. There are some scratches and signs of use. Because we have a quantity of these, appearances may vary, but condition is guaranteed to be better or equal to pictured sample. Serial numbers are unique to each unit sold. They may be different from one depicted in the photos. Power cords are not included unless otherwise mentioned.
The 2 RU Densité 2 Frame can simultaneously process 3G, HD, SD and analog video, as well as AES and analog audio. Its front-opening frame features dual hot-swappable power supplies (PSUs) and fans. Modules for the air-cooled frame are also hot swappable, and replacement modules can be configured automatically. All modules, redundant PSUs and fans are monitored to deliver status via GPI or an Ethernet port. Front panel multicolor LEDs provide status reporting, while a controller card allows card adjustments from the front panel.
The ADX-1881 is a high-quality AES de-embedder designed to extract eight 24-bit 48 kHz digital audio signals, ancillary timecode (ATC), longitudinal/linear timecode (LTC) and ancillary data from a single SMPTE ST 292 HD-SDI or SMPTE ST 259C SD-SDI signal. The ADX-1881 will output audio silence with a loss of the input signal. The card provides automatic input format detection, as well as automatic equalization. An RS-422 serial data signal output is available to provide Dolby E metadata output, or simply to output a serial RS-422 signal. Two opto-isolated GPI data output signals can be reconstructed from ANC data inserted by the embedder. By combining AMX-1881 embedder and ADX-1881 de-embedder cards, a full duplex link may be established.
